Year by Year at State
Every Mountain Crest girls wrestler on record as placing at the UHSAA state championships — champions and podium finishers alike, season by season. Utah sanctioned girls wrestling with its own state tournament beginning in 2020–21, and Mountain Crest won the 4A team title that first year.

Divisional Results
Divisionals are the state-qualifying meet — 4A splits into two divisions and the top finishers advance to state. The Mustangs have won their division every year since the meet was introduced.

- Champions in the first sanctioned season — 427 points to runner-up Bear River's 171 in February 2021
- Eight individual champions in one tournament (2022) — the program's single-season high
- 2025: runner-up to Bear River, the only season the Mustangs have not won 4A
